Having Joined Cousins in 2001 Frank has become joint director partner of Cousins with Sean once the previous directors retired.
Frank mainly deals with the day to day management, financial/administration side of the business but will put his hand in when required.
Frank is the first to say: "We are all excited by this new venture and are convinced this will move estate agency into a new era."
Thomas Mullen
Sales & Lettings Manager
Tom started his career in estate agency in 1997. In that time, he has worked in multiple locations in Essex before joining the Cousins Group in 2000.
His experience and friendly approach are very reassuring, especially to first time buyers, who often need guidance when dealing with the complexities of buying their first home.
His tactful and mild approach ensure that the buying process is a smooth one, often leading to repeat business.
Claire Savage
Secretary & Administrator
Claire has been working at Cousins for four years and is the main cog in the Cousins machine, which enables everyone else to work at their maximum potential.
She deals with the everyday running of the office and her dulcet tones are normally the first voice you hear when calling our office.

Karen has been with us for 2 years now and is our “go to girl” for all things property maintenance related to our lettings and management arm of the business.
