Very knowledgeable about pricing while preparing the sale of our flat. After we found a buyer, Michael was extremely responsive and helpful during the conveyancing. The whole process - including viewing the house, being given advice and liaising with the landlord - was handled smoothly by Cousins and we felt comfortable and clear on our situation all throughout.
